All straws are packaged with the up-most care and will be sent to your desired address as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if a straw is damaged upon arrival; immediately take a photo with the original packaging and ECO-SIP™ will be in contact with yourself and the shipping company to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible. ECO-SIP™ carries no responsibility for the damage of straws during transit; however, ECO-SIP™ will assist the buyer in terms of a replacement if the shipping company was found to be at fault.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item purchased at ECO SIP™, we will happily offer a 14 day money back guarantee to all of our customers. Due to our hygiene policies, we are unable to accept a return of any used or open straws.
